IFMA COMMENDS AMBODE

The International Facility Management Association, Nigeria Chapter has commended Governor Akinwunmi Ambode for being the first Governor to make full use of facility managers in the country.

The President of the Nigeria Chapter of the Association, Mr. Pius Iwuendu, gave the commendation while on an official tour to the Lagos State School of Nursing Complex, Igando as part of the Association’s yearly enlightenment campaign.

The President, accompanied by other officials of IFMA and LASIAMA, also eulogised the State Governor for providing the school complex with modern facilities.

Welcoming the team, the Coordinator of the Lagos State School of Nursing Complex, Igando, Mrs. Oyefunso Orenuga thanked the team for visiting the school and extended her appreciation to Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, saying that “I cannot but thank him for the good gesture extended to the School by providing it with good structure, equipment and a facility management team who have been on ground since February 2018”.

She also used the occasion to commend the Facility Managers for the cooperation accorded the management team of the nursing school.
