LSUBEB ORGANISES STRUCTURED TRAINING EXERCISE FOR OFFICERS

The Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LSUBEB) on Wednesday commenced a 5-Day Structured Training Exercise for 6,423 Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of the Board and Local Government Education Authorities who are eligible for the Y2017 Promotion Exercise.

 

Declaring the Exercise open at the SUBEB Maryland Office Complex, the LSUBEB, Executive Chairman, Dr Ganiyu Oluremi Sopeyin assured that the State Government will at all times meet her obligations in the education sector with a view to provide the best for the teeming population of the State.

 

He wished the eligble candidates the very best and urged them to participate fully in the exercise which will end on Tuesday 9th of May, 2017.

 

The exercise will be held simultaneously across the State at SUBEB Office Complex, Maryland, Ikeja Grammar School, MOCPED, Epe, Teachers Resource Centre, Owutu and AOCOED, Ijanikin, Lagos.

 

Recall that LSUBEB under the chairmanship of Dr Ganiyu Oluremi Sopeyin last year cleared the backlog of promotion exercises inherited by this administration in the basic education sector and also concluded the conversion exercise earlier in the year.
