LAGOS COLLEGE OF NURSING, MIDWIFERY ADMITS NEW STUDENTS
Lagos State College of Nursing, Midwifery and Public Health Nursing has admitted 30 students for the 2018/2019 Academic Session.
The 30 successful students were drawn from a list of 225 candidates who took the entrance examination for the three-year Basic Midwifery Programme (BMP).
Candidates who successfully completed the Basic Midwifery Programme and passed the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (N&MCN) qualifying examination would graduate with a Diploma licensing them to practice as Registered Midwives in Nigeria (RM).
Recall that the College was formerly known as Lagos State School of Nursing but was later upgraded to the status of a College in February 2018 by the present administration in furtherance of its commitment to the vision of qualitative education in the State’s health sector.
