LASPARK APPRECIATES NOVEL APPROACH TO ENVIRONMENTAL REGENERATION BY EDUCATION DISTRICT 1

 

The Lagos State Education District 1, Agege and Permanent Secretary of the District, Dr. (Mrs.) Olufolayimika Ayandele has been commended by the Lagos State Parks and Gardens, LASPARK for the District’s continued and relentless support to LASPARK’s Greener Lagos Project.

 

The General Manager of LASPARK, Mrs. Bilikiss Adebiyi-Abiola, said that the efforts of the Tutor-General/Permanent Secretary of the District is worthy of emulation by private individuals, corporate entities and other Accounting Officers of the State Government.

The District had demonstrated environmental friendly attitude with the culture of regular tree planting in honour of its retiring staff and during the yearly Tree Planting exercise celebrated across all the local government areas of the State.

In appreciation of the gesture of the Tutor General/Permanent Secretary, Dr. (Mrs.) Olufolayimika Ayandele the General Manager of LASPARK made a presentation of a Photo Frame of the District’s latest efforts at environmental Regeneration to her.
